Login Issues Due To failedBecause=service_error

I get the following error when I attempt to login to my PayPal Credit account.  Can anyone help resolve it?  I'm only having issues logging into my account from web browsers.  My credentials work fine when I'm using the PayPal app, logging into this community portal, or logging into PayPal from merchant websites.

Sounds to me like you need to clear your cache on the web browser as it may have corrupted or outdated information saved.

@TimothyElhage, welcome back. Normally, when an error is present on your browser but not on the app, the error is related to that specific browser or device. Clearing your history and cookies helps, as well as making sure all your software is up-to-date and current. You may also want to try another browser or device to complete the task you're trying to accomplish.
