Log in with Mobile Number instead of Email

I would like to log in to my PayPal account with my Mobile number instead of my Email. 

I have my number added already and I can receive a code to login with my email however when try to use my mobile to log in it says my number has not been confirmed yet and I cannot see anywhere in my account to confirm my number. How can I go about confirming it? Thank you

As per the information that you've shared, I see that you're logging into your account using your email address, make you've confirmed your phone number by going through this Help Center Article. If you're unable to login or can't find the confirm Phone number, please contact PayPal Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website.
