I opened a business paypal account for my LLC company registered in USA. But I am not a US citizen and do not have an SSN or ISIN.
However, when adding the executive information in the "Citizenship" column, there is an option to select US only. How do I fill in this information correctly?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You may have misunderstood, I opened a Paypal US account for a US company, it is my company but I am not a US citizen

Nope didn't understand, if you are not in the U.S yourself you can't ''run'' a U.S paypal account from another country.

You would also need an SSN.
