Business Account Error when filling details

I would like to start an business account, but there is always error when filling all details on the initial page.
All info is OK from my side.
What should i do next?

I would suggest you to clear cache and cookies and try again or try using different browser or device to see if that works. You may try using this link to register your account. Make sure to input exact same details which are mentioned in your documents such as name, billing address, etc. If the issue still persist, please reach out to PayPal Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website.
