I'm sorry you're having trouble verifying your identity because the dashboard is blank. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different browser. You can also access the dashboard directly by clicking here: Customer Identification Portal. I'd also check your Resolution Center for notifications if that doesn't work. If you still don't see anything, please reach out to our Customer Support teams. They may need to reset the request by briefly removing and re-adding it.
