I cannot login as I have changed my phone number. This means I cannot authorise payment.

Hi. I changed phone number and cannot now login. I also cannot authorise payments to my account, not contact the help desk through chat. You need to be able to receive the code on your phone number. Is there a direct contact number or an email address to contact the help centre I can use? Thanks
