I cannot log in to my PayPal account, and it keeps showing errors when I request a password reset.

(I am posting this on an alternate account since I cannot access my main one.)
Recently I haven't been able to log in to my PayPal account AT ALL. I am completely locked out of it but I'm sure the account still exists, since it recognizes the email already being used for an account on signup.
I've tried everything that I could, and nothing worked, so maybe someone here knows another method of regaining the account?

Request you to kindly try the troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache and cookies or by using a different browser or device and try again at a later time. Kindly try uninstalling the app and reinstalling the latest version of the app. You can reach out to our customer support team to know what can be done next or to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Please reach out to the Support Team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest"

I've somehow managed to change password, and even that didn't help me recover my account. I think my account's simply disabled, and I do not want to call, is there an alternative to this that doesn't require me to call?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
- Seller requests my address for verification in Transactions
