I can't get the code to Confirm my Card

I've already link my Paypal to my card, but when I continued to get the code to confirm the Card, it didn't word. I tried about 5 times to get the code, but still, didn't work. Any suggestion?

I do understand that you are unable to link card to your PayPal account. Please read this article to know how this can be done. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
