I can’t confirm my new email

I’ve tried to add a new email address to my account. A pop up message appears asking me to check email to get the confirmation code. But when I go off the page to open my email the pop up box (that you need to enter the code into) disappears. So tho I have the code from my email there’s no way to confirm the code. I’ve tried to ask customer support for help but the question is not computing! Maybe it’s because I’m on a tablet IDK but surely there’s a technical glitch going on. Help!

I am sorry to know that you're unable to confirm your email address. If you're trying to add a new email address and if you haven’t received the email, check your spam folder, and check that you entered the correct email address. Here's the Help Center Article with details to request the email address again. before you proceed, make sure to delete unwanted emails from the inbox. If you still do not get it, the only option is to contact our Customer Support Team. You can contact the team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook by sending PM, Twitter and Instagram on DM.
