Hello
Recently, someone (not me) has logged into an old account of mine (I haven't used it for at least 4 years), the person attempted to make a purchase with the account. Hopefully for me, the card and the bank account linked to the account no longer exist, so the payment was declined.
However, when I try to log in to delete my old account (I still have access to the email address and I know my password), the website only offer the option to send a sms or a WhatsApp message to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to
Is there any other way for me to log in into this account and delete it ?
Thanks in advance
