How to deactivate the identity verification via text message/call when logging in? I don't have the 2 factor verification

I do understand your concern regarding deactivating the multi-factor authentication for your PayPal account. Please note that this feature adds an additional layer to the account login process by needed the PayPal users to enter two or more authentication methods for verification which provides extra security.
