How do I change the Country/Nationality

How do I change my location/nationality in order to update my account with the correct number. I am unable to change anything without changing the country/nationality.

We understand that you want to change country in your PayPal account. You will not be able to change your country that is different from the country you opened your account because the laws applicable to PayPal account differ by country and region. Kindly close the existing account and open a new account as per the country your are residing. Kindly refer the help centre article for more details.

Thank you for your reply. I am unable to delete my account because it's linked to a number of the country I previously lived in and that number is no longer in use and I changed countries. I will contact support center to help me delete that account so that I can open a new one.
