How can I get PayPal to notify me when I receive an invoice from a seller?

A merchant that I've been using periodically sends an invoice to my PayPal account but I never receive a notification.  How can I get PayPal to notify me when I receive an invoice from a seller? I can't seem to find any setting related to this. Thanks in advance.
