Error 503 first byte timeout

Hello,

 

Already for several weeks I can't login to my paypal account from any browser (tried: chrome, safari, firefox)

 

After entering my login details and receiving SMS with code and entering it the browser tries to go to admin area home page but then stucks and after some time I receive following error:

 

Error 503 first byte timeout

first byte timeout

Error 54113

Details: cache-fra-eddf8230042-FRA 1720979620 213694441


Varnish cache server

 

 

 

 

I have tried from different ISPs (in fact from two different countries - Israel and now trying from Czech Republic) - but no success.

Also other people can successfully login from same PC/browser

I have the same issue since 3 months ago and nobody ever replied to my emails. It works from the phone app but I need it back on my laptop. What is happening? Why are we blocked?

Yes. Still same problem and nobody answers. No support either.

I managed to login from phone app too, but no success on desktop or laptop.

I have the same problem. I can't access the main page through the browser. The mobile app works. All other pages work. When I try to open the main page, I get this error

already conversation with support. they told me then account restricted because security reason. but mobile app work fine and all other pages work fine too. and i will try connect tomorrow. wait ))

Same problem for me too, for a few months. Changed browsers, profiles, chrome, safari, edge, macos/windows, countries ... and nothing.

The https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/summary will always error with "Error 503 first byte timeout"

It's definitely a technical problem that the first line of support don't know how to deal with.

 

The only way to access my account is to go to a page like https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/profile/
