Hopefully someone can help with this as the Paypal staff are utterly useless!
They just keep sending the same standard replies without actually reading the issues.
So a customer paid me via my Wix site for the first time via Paypal. The payment showed in my Personal Paypal account in my transactions. So I assume it would clear.
2 Weeks later the payment still shows as pending. So I contact Paypal who say I need to Upgrade to a Business Account and send me the link.
So I go to do it and it comes back not possible as I have Crypto.
Contact Paypal again and this time they say they don't have it but Wix do. Contact Wix and they say not its Paypal have in limbo in my personal account.
So now Paypal tell me I need to close my Crypto account then I can upgrade and send me a link to a article that no longer exsists! Then suggest I just wait 30 days for customer to be refunded and then ask for the money! When he already has my goods!
Next move I have withdrawn all my Crypto from the account so I have a zero balance and try and upgrade again no luck
Why for goodness sake Paypal cannot just change the account over I have no idea!
As said Paypal just keep sending me in circles!
