Can't change my adress

I recently moved and I can't change my adress. Whenever I try, an error occurs, telling me to prove my adress and try again.

Yes, I'm even in the same city. Only the street name needs to change.

ok then you may need to change the billing address of any linked cards so you can then amend the street address to match them.

There are no linked cards to change. I can't change my adress and I also can't create a new one.
