I received an email from Paypal that asks me to provide more information due to the amount of money received on my account, however the steps provided in the email doesn't work:
I get stuck at step 2, there is no notifications/bell icon anywhere when I login to Paypal. I have looked for other ways to enter this information but without luck.
I have tried reaching out to support many times and at different times of day about this issue but I always get the message:
Can any of you point me in the right direction?

Sadly none of the options they list work or exist, there's no way to contact Paypal in writing apart from the chat. I would rather avoid a call if possible, hence why I've tried to used the chat. I guess I'll have to call them as that seems to be the only option available.
