I recently received a donation to my account, but it has caused some trouble. I explained to the sender that I cannot use their donation for the specific purpose they indicated in the description field. Unfortunately, PayPal has placed the funds on hold, making it impossible for me to refund them. As a result, my account is now under review, and I’m unsure why I’m facing this issue.
Despite being aware of the problems they’ve caused, the sender proceeded to make another donation with the same purpose. It seems they may intentionally want to create issues for me. I urgently need to block them to prevent further complications. I’ve already checked the link on how to block another PayPal user, but the challenge is that they are not in my contact list. Does anyone know how I can effectively block them? I fear they might continue causing problems for me. 😔
