Apparently my new email address is linked to another account but it isn't
I am trying to add my new business email address to my old business account so I can then use it as my primary email address but I am being told its already in use. This can't be possible as i've only just created it. I've called Paypal with no help 😞 Please help. I can't launch my new business until this is sorted.
