Account blocked due to wrong answers

I haven't logged into my PayPal after a year and a half, after I've been robbed from my PayPal account (someone used it to do a transaction while I was abroad and despite the disputes, I haven't been refunded).
Now, I need to use PayPal for work and I wasn't able to login due to an error saying something like "we have trouble identifying you."
I called customer service (in the UK, which is where the account is), gave them all my data and the girl proceeded to ask me questions, which apparently I failed, twice. The questions were about "if I knew certain people" or "if I lived in certain places." I don't know if it was a language issue (I'm not a native English speak) but I didn't recognise the names or the places she mentioned, given that I hadn't used the account for ages.
Now my account is blocked and she said I might won't be able to use it ever again. What about my money on the account? I need to get back into my account: is there another way? Emails I can send all my documents to?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Thank you, @kernowlass Although I keep both accounts because I need them in the UK as well, I have an email linked to the UK and another email linked to Italy. Now, I cannot chat with the UK customer service as I can only do so if I log in, which I cannot.

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited. So be careful.
However if you click on this link https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide DO NOT LOG IN and scroll down to help/contact or contact us > then find the phone option and use the GUEST option so you don't have to log in. If you do log in then you may get directed to the Italian customer services instead.
