how do I verify my account? It could possibly be something to do with linking my c/card but Im not sure? All of my other details are current so am confused to what they are asking for exactly. cant contact suport team HELP SOMEONE PLEASE!!!! Also based in NZ

Thank you for the response. I've tried that link and have updated all the details within it (I think) but I can't find anything that confirms any kind of verification?? I must be missing something but I'm not sure what it is? The link redirects me to the page (where my details are etc) but doesn't clarify what needs to be rectified and/or updated?? I've added a bank account and is now saying 'checking...' could this possibly be what is been verified?
