Good day, after I added second business address, I saw message that I need contact service?!

You’ll need to contact customer service to deal with specific account issues:
1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
2. Scroll down to click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option after the “Common Issues” section.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
