Why can’t paypal “verify my identity” when trying to open a personal savings account? & what can i do? I tried calling them but they can’t give me a straight answer

Customer service IS UNWILLING TO HELP . . . their reply is there is nothing they can do!!!

PayPal is commiting FRAUD! They advertise a savings account run by Synchrony Bank . . . they post the requirements BUT, even if you meet the requirements, they say "YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AT THIS TIME" . . . After 2 days and over 4 hours of calls and speaking to NUMEROUS customer reps and supervisors, NO ONE WILL OR CAN ANSWER why this is happening to hundreds of customers. I spoke DIRECTLY with Synchrony Bank and they are more then happy to open a saving account directly. So PayPal is commiting FRAUD by their advertisement. I have been a loyal PayPal member for close to 24 years and I am getting ready to cancel my account with them. I recommend all that are denied file a compliant with FDIC, FTC and BBB as a am now!
