"Sorry we couldn't confirm it's you"

how to solve this issue every time i log in it always says " sorry we couldn't confirm it's you" and i need to change passwords every single time i want to open my account cuz it will just prompt me they couldn't confirm it's me. I'm going in circles clearing cache and cookies just to reset password

Hello, i am getting the same error too. Did you solved things out? I've changed my password but nothing is happening 😞
