Hi,
I have set up a personal account, with my gmail email adress and then upgraded to a business account with my company email adress.
I can login to the personal account without a problem.
Loging into the business account is problematic;
I seem to have gotten my business account password wrong so need to reset it. When following the forgot password process after entering the business email address I get taken to a screen saying "Sorry, we couldn't confirm its you" and cannot get any further than this. Even following the forgot email process gets me the same outcome. I have tried this in both Edge & Chrome browsers.
How do I go about resetting my password for the business account?

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to access your PayPal Business account. I recommend you contact us through PayPal website. You can locate the Support option by clicking on the "Help & Contact" link at the bottom of our website and then choosing the "Password and account access" issue.
