impossible to login, I can change easily password but after that I cannot login

I am in Italy and I could login correctly, after few minutes I try to log in from another computer, from that very moment I could not access anymore to the account. I can easily change password, I did the procedures many times, but after password changed and I try to login I get the error:

If you are in Italy then why are you posting with a U.S paypal account?
