Update Drop Shipper Email Address

PayPal Tech Support does not take calls and they will not accept my emails, so they're literally of no help. I've explained my issue to five people at the main number and none of them understand what my issue is.
I sell DVDs online.
When people send money and the sale is completed, PayPal automatically sends an email to my drop shipper telling them where to ship the DVD.
My drop shipper has changed his email address so it needs to be updated. That's all I am trying to achieve. PayPal needs to the new email address in their system.
But it has been so long since I set this all up I don't have a clue how to do it.
How do I get into the right place in my account at PayPal to find and update the drop shipper's email?
