how can i change my old phone details to log in please?

good evening from London, Can anyone help me change my old stored phone number as cannot log as no longer use that number?

If you can no longer access the account, from Help & Contact "Password and account access" then "Connection problems". You will find at the bottom of the page the options to contact us without being connected and in a secure way. These options will be available during the opening hours of our services, only.

If you can access your account but are unable to change the phone number, please do not hesitate to contact us once logged into your account, you will find options at the bottom of the page to contact us once logged in.
