I have moved to Switzerland and cannot enter my Swiss debit card in PayPal. Plz help me

You have to close the Greece account since you no longer live there and open a Switzerland PayPal account.

If you still maintain a residence in Greece or go back there often, you can keep Greece account open, logging in once in a while to check on it. But use your Switzerland account while living in Switzerland.
