Unable to link bank account

Im unable to link my bank account. Getting error message that the bank is already linked with multiple paypal

Im getting this error message Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts.

You can only add a bank to 'any' paypal account x3 times maximum in that banks lifetime.
