You have needed to add a mobile phone to your paypal account for security and log in reasons for a while now.

I haven't needed to check anything on my account for quite a while, probably a year or so. I am on a limited income and I do not drive, so haven't felt it necessary to add a cell phone bill to my expenses. I've had my account with PayPal for years and now I can't find a way to look into the first questionable charge I've had in years. I have no problem answering questions or other ways other accounts use to question accessibility, I do not think it is fair to expect a customer to experience and additional expense to use a service they've had for years.

You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I I am a disabled woman wh does not drive. I no longer use a cell phone. The cheapest pay as I go phone I had was about $120.00 year+. I have only needed to contact PayPal twice in 8 years. Kind of expensive ($960.00for only two calls!

ok, your choice really, either get a mobile phone or don't use Paypal.
Second hand phones are dirt cheap where I live and I can pick one up for £10.
Then you can get a pay as you go sim card and load it with any amount of money you want, that would last for ages if you only used it for log in Paypal purposes.
