Hello, I have a problem in the authentication phase.
I created a PayPal business account directly on www.paypal.sm
The company is from the Republic of San Marino, but when I have to authenticate it gives me the following error during authentication.
Can anyone help me please?
I've tried calling customer service, but no one is answering.
Is there an email to get help from PayPal?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to log in. Please ensure as @kernowlass says that your account is registered in the country that you live in. If this is correct then there are a number of ways you can contact us for help in getting back in to your account.
You can contact us via the "help and contact" link on your PayPal account which will give you the option to call us or contact us via our chat bot. You can also contact us via our social media channels on Twitter and Facebook.

Hiya, reason I said that was because OP is registered as Italy and company is San Marino (another country, one of the smallest in the world).
I was surprised Paypal was available there but it is !

Actually I registered on www.paypal.sm and not on www.paypal.it
Then the registration procedure is correct.

ok then any information you add to that account ie banks/cards/addresses must be SM and not Italian.

Once registered, it won't let me log in. I couldn't even enter my bank information.
And at that point I would have entered the bank accounts of San Marino
