Paypal wont close my account

Why can't I close my account if none of the reasons stated for the inability to close my account are not relevant? Pending transactions or subscriptions Unresolved actions in the Resolution Centre - none of these apply to my account.

I am sorry to know that you're unable to close the account. In general, if there is a limitation on your PayPal account, if there are any pending transactions or any compliance or risk, you wouldn't be able to close the account until that is solved. In this case, to know the exact reason why there is an issue while closing the account, kindly take a look at the Resolution Center, it will be notified.
