Hello, I can't change currency, timezone, ZIP code isn't recognized and I can't do anything because my account is under "sanctions". I neither can get support because the support phone number is also russian! I have Ukrainian citizenship being marked in account settings. How do I change PayPal area to Ukraine? When I try to register a new account, I enter my mobile number and it logins me to the old account, despite that the numbers are different. Very frustrating.
