Paypal Contact customer agent without logging in

Hello,

I have a US based Paypal account that I have forgotten the password to. I am currently traveling outside the US. I have tried contacting the phone number given on the paypal US support website, but everytime I try to get an agent, the call disconnects with the message to contact them through the support center on the website. I have tried the social media accounts, but they all provide the same information as the support center without any concrete help. Just a so sorry message accompanied by the same template over and over. 

Is there any way to contact support so that I can just provide them the details they need to help me get access to my account?

Paypal is country specific so should not be used internationally or you may hit security issues.

To contact customer services in your country, click on the U.S paypal site and do not log in > use the 'guest' option.
