Hello, I have a US based Paypal account that I have forgotten the password to. I am currently traveling outside the US. I have tried contacting the phone number given on the paypal US support website, but everytime I try to get an agent, the call disconnects with the message to contact them through the support center on the website. I have tried the social media accounts, but they all provide the same information as the support center without any concrete help. Just a so sorry message accompanied by the same template over and over. Is there any way to contact support so that I can just provide them the details they need to help me get access to my account?
