Otp not received

Sinces January I am not able to sign up in the PayPal app and website. I am from Nepal and I believe PayPal supports in Nepal because I had a account before. I am not able to receive otp

Have you opened a Nepal registered account? If so then you would need to link a Nepal registered phone to it that is in your name.

Nepal is paypal supported but only to purchase items, you can't receive paypal payments at all unfortunately.
