PayPal won't let me enter UK business address for verification?

Hello - Asking here because PayPal are totally unavailable via customer service, no UK number to call anywhere. 

I am trying to verify my business account but when filling out the form, I get no option to put in UK address details and I am forced to enter information about US taxes etc. 

How do I verify if I am a UK based business?

That’s because you opened a US account. Close the US account and open UK account:
