Opening a US business account from abroad

Hello guys, so I live in Lebanon, PayPal isn't supported here.

Can I open a US PayPal business account from Lebanon? If yes, how so?

Sorry, if you are living in a country NOT listed in the permitted countries list, you cannot use PayPal at all. Not even under another country that is on the permitted list.

@sharpiemarker What if I registered an LLC in the US and opened a bank account and then wanted to get a business paypal account?

You would need to add an SSN to receive paypal funds and open a balance account so it would not work.

Apart from the fact your location would still be recognised and you would soon be blocked unfortunately.
