Notifications I have stopped receiving when DD is received

My notifications have stopped working, I prefer email AND SMS but I got paid yesterday and neither email nor SMS notified me of direct deposit
I use Chrome on Computer & Gmail and I have a Verizon cell phone for SMS.
Can anyone help.

Sorry for the trouble! If you don't see the payment notifications, please look in your junk mail or spam folder to see if the notification was delivered to that folder instead of to your email inbox. You can always manage the notifications you receive when you send, receive, or request a payment in your account. Please visit the notifications page within your PayPal account and review your preferences.
