No mobile service, how to go through verification?ication

Hi all! I live in Ukraine in Kherson region which now is occupied (there is a war in Ukraine since February, 24, 2022). We don't have mobile service since 31 of May. Just yesterday I was able to log in to my PayPal account but now it's asking for verification by mobile phone. I'm not able to receive sms or to call at all. I'm able to use my email, WhatsApp, telegram etc. What can I do?

Contact PayPal as guest caller or chat through messages without logging in to get access. Once you get access to your account, go to your phone number and edit it. Uncheck the SMS/automated calls options. Hit Save button. Then you can log in with just email and strong password.
