I originally created this account when I was underage to help my friend with selling their manga on different websites. Now that I am 18 I want to make my own Paypal account with this email and phone number, but the problem is that I can not delete this account, as I need to show proof of my identity and close my bank/card from this account. The name I made this account with is fake so I am unable to show any proof. Any ideas? Should i ring Paypal and explain the situation?
If you make an illegally underage account in a fake name then basically you have shot yourself in the foot.
You can by all means contact c.s. and ask but I think your account will be permanently limited as you can't i.d. it and you won't be able to use anything linked to it.
