What if my name on Upwork doesn't match with paypal? What are the fastet way to solve it with PayPal?

I reported that problem, tried to change my name on PayPal, but it lasts many days already.

Belarus PayPal accounts do not have ability to accept payments. Only for buying/sending money with linked credit/debit cards.
