May I have second Paypal business account from different company?

Hi, I have 2 companies in 2 different countries. One has PayPal business account, I also want PayPal business for new company (US based) Shall I start from begining to create account with new email?

I am happy to help you with your inquiry about having second PayPal Business account. You can have one personal account and one business account. You cannot have multiple Business accounts in PayPal.

Thank you for your post. 

Yes this is correct, you can have one personal PayPal account and one business PayPal account. Both accounts must be created using different email addresses. 

I understand you have two businesses. PayPal is country specific. This means an account can only be created in a country you are currently living in. If you do not live in the US, then you will not be able to open a US PayPal account.
