Hello
I am unable to Login to PayPal because of the need to verify my account.
My phone number is correct but I do not receive either a text message with the code or a call back. This is getting rather frustrating as I am unable
to do any transactions until I verify my account.
Would welcome any help please

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
Advice is voluntary.

Hi Yes I have a mobile linked to my account and there has been no change in the number. I have only had the problem since PayPal have introduced this verifying the account. I do not know what else to do, and I need to do some transactions
