I want to transform my account from "normal" business account to charitable organization. When I want to confirm that we're a charitable organisation, the following window pops up. It says: "your business details are confirmed, you can send and receive unlimited transactions." But I dont ask for that. I want smaller transaction fees.
Tried it with different browsers. Can you help?
Best regards,

Hello @RaumDerZeit,

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I understand you're trying to set your PayPal account as a charitable organization, is that right? If so, here's a link you may find useful: Confirming PayPal Non-Profit Status

I hope that helps!

Hey Jon K,

thank you for your reply!

The link you provided doesn't work, unforunately. It starts with: we will need further information from you. I click the "Okay, lets go"-button and I the website tells me: "Thanks for your details, you can now use your account again as usual".

The problem is:    I dont even get to provide any details or a proof about our charitable work...
I also tried it on another browser. It seems as if Paypal has a bug in the link-structure or something.
