Whilst some sellers names and items bought are printed on statements in Dashboard, some are not and show only price. This makes it difficult to trace payments, particularly after a period of time. Is it possible to request additional info? Thanks for your time Jenxy

Hi @Jenxy09,
Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum, and welcome as a new member!
A seller may choose not to share specific information with a buyer. To view the transaction information, I would recommend accessing your PayPal account using a desktop/full website version. On the "Activity" page, you can select "Details" beside each transaction, and this will give you more information on the purchase you made. If there is an invoice, or product number, please share this with the merchant and they will be advised you what specific product was purchased.
