Issues logging into PayPal app on iPad

Hi, I am having problems logging into my PayPal account using the PayPal App on my iPad. I contacted PayPal about this and they told be they were having technical difficulties with the app on iPads and it was being worked on. I was told that it should be sorted within 24 hours. That was over 72 hours ago. Does anybody know when this issue may be sorted? thank you.
