Invalid country code

I tried linking my PayPal to FNB withdrawal service, as you should if you are in South Africa, but it says my paypal country code is invalid I should have a Botswana country code and I don't understand why I should have a Botswana country code when I'm in South Africa.

I'm sorry to hear that FNB is giving you that error. You are correct that you have a South Africa PayPal account, as shown in your Community Profile. I recommend reaching out to FNB and requesting assistance.
