My account show Vietnam Nationality, but I am Brazilian, from Brazil! How do I solve it?

And the last question. My phone number is ok. I have confirmed tonight (ASIA), but theres the same number to confirm, yes, its double number... I cannot erase it, I cannot do anything... Its so boring!

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You need to close that account and remove the card (if you can) and open the correct countries paypal account.

When you register there is a drop down box with U.S as the default option, click on the arrow and scroll down to your country to open a Brazilian paypal registered account.
